#366daysofgratitude – Week 13

Throughout 2016 I will be posting a photo on Instagram each day, sharing something that I am grateful for each day as part of my #366daysofgratitude project.  Here are the things I have been grateful for this week:

#366daysofgratitude - Week 13 - Little Hearts, Big Love

Day 87 – I am grateful that we managed to have our Easter egg hunt in the garden – we only just made it indoors before the thunder and lightning started and the heavens opened though!

Day 88 – I am grateful that having children gives me the perfect excuse to be a big kid again and have fun jumping in muddy puddles.

Day 89 – I am grateful that these little pickles of mine have finally settled down and gone to sleep – bedtime was quite a marathon tonight!

Day 90 – I am grateful for another Easter egg hunt and fun outdoors.

Day 91 – I am grateful for snuggles with this gorgeous girl of mine. For every step taken on the journey so far; for every day that I have been blessed to be her mummy. For the faith that gives me strength to keep taking those little steps forward. Today’s check-up was a sharp reminder that there is another big step ahead of us – we do not know when it will be, but we will have faith and step forward together.

Day 92 – I am grateful for an afternoon sitting outside in Grandma’s garden and watching my girls having fun with their cousins and making a nature collage together.

Day 93 – I am grateful for an afternoon exploring Runnymede and visiting the site where the Magna Carta was first signed.

  1. I used to drive past the Magna Carta spot and used to imagine what it was like the moment it was signed. It looks like you’ve had a really nice week!

    1. We had a lovely week thank you – it was interesting to imagine what that area might have been like at the time the Magna Carta was signed.
