#366daysofgratitude – Week 25

Throughout 2016 I will be posting a photo on Instagram each day, sharing something that I am grateful for each day as part of my #366daysofgratitude project.  Here are the things I have been grateful for this week:

Dads, umbrellas, sports day, costume rooms, voting, Legoland and #BML16 - the things I've been thankful for this week

Day 171 – I am grateful for the beautiful bond that our girls have with their wonderful daddy.

Day 172 – I am grateful for an umbrella on a very soggy preschool run!

Day 173 – I am grateful for seeing my big girl enjoying her last preschool sports day and feeling like she’s the winner even if she takes a little longer to cross the finish line.

Day 174 – I am grateful for my mother-in-law’s costume room – the perfect place to find a net petticoat to go under my dress for #BML16

Day 175 – I am grateful for the right to vote. I confess that I’m nervous about the repercussions of today whichever way the vote falls (I’m on the Remain side myself) but am reminding myself that no matter what happens God is still bigger than all of this. Whatever you do today, make sure your voice is heard.

Day 176 – I am grateful for a day out at Legoland with Nanny to help ease my blues today.

Day 177 – I am grateful for a fabulous day at #BML16 catching up with my blogging buddies and picking up blogging tips.

  1. The bond between girls and their daddy is quite a thing, isn’t it?
It sounds like your day at LEGOLAND was much needed. I wish I’d had something planned on Friday. I ended up wasting my day reading the news and everyone’s opinion…
Lovely photo of the 2 of us. So glad we spent the evening together with our little group. My arms ache after carrying all those bags (what was I thinking?).

    1. I’m so glad we had that day out planned – I’m not sure what I would have done with myself otherwise. So lovely to see you on Saturday and hope your arms have now recovered from all those bags!! 🙂
