Last week, Jessica told me she wanted to be just like Mummy and do all the things that Mummy does.
“What does Mummy do?” I asked her
“She does the ironing, washes the clothes, cooks the dinner and does her work!”
Bless her. It’s not a very exciting description of being a Mummy, although I guess it is an accurate one! I’d quite happily pass on the ironing, laundry and cooking but I don’t think Jessica is quite so ready to take it on!
