    1. I quite like the idea of playing Juliet… shame I’m about 20 years too old for that part! 🙂

    1. Thanks Sara – it wasn’t back fully but it was good enough to get through the concert although I suspect I will spend the next week paying for it! Not much voice left now!

    1. Thanks Fiona – we were taking part in a fundraising concert in aid of the paediatric intensive care unit where Jessica was cared for and hubby and I were singing “It Takes Two” from “Into The Woods” 🙂

  1. Brilliant photo Louise! It is great that you are helping support the unit where your daughter was cared for and it makes it so much more fun when it is something you enjoy.
I just wrote a post the other day about volunteering and how much fun it can be as well as being rewarding.

    1. Thank you Fionnuala – it is lovely to be able to support the unit and these days it’s my only opportunity for performing so yes, lots of fun as well as being rewarding 🙂

    1. Thanks Darren – it was a bit touch and go thanks to losing my voice last week but I managed to get through on the night! 🙂

    1. Thank you Debbie, I’ve always enjoyed getting up on stage and performing – I still get nervous just before I go on stage though, but the nerves usually disappear as soon as the music starts! 🙂
