A big thank you to everyone who linked up last week. I loved Monkey’s remark about the TV being “off, by the way” and the video of LM chatting shared by Becoming a Stay at Home Mum. Olivia’s excuse for not wanting to eat Domesstique’s cooking because it didn’t “go with her taste bud” also made me chuckle.
We’ve had a couple of days away for the church family weekend. Sophie and Jessica had a wonderful time doing crafts and exploring the grounds with my friends “Nin-neese” and “Café” (Sophie-speak for “Denise” and “Cathy”).
Jessica has been learning what Mummy and Daddy’s names are – mine is apparently “Wool-eese.” To be fair, Louise isn’t the easiest name for a small child to say.
We had potato waffles for dinner the other day. Jessica took one look and said “Look, Mummy! Window chips!”

I can’t believe Jessica didn’t know your name until recently! Wooleese is a cute way of saying Louise, bless her! I also love her “window chips.” Aren’t children just brilliant?
I think it’s because she doesn’t hear it very much – whereas I’m always calling hubby for one reason or another! Window chips is such a fab description for waffles – I hope she carries on calling them that! 🙂
Louise is really hard for a little one. My nephew always struggled with Tara. I was Tra for a long time 🙂
It is difficult and I can imagine that Tara could be a little tricky as well – Tra is a good try though! 🙂
