The girls have recently started telling jokes. Their current favourite goes as follows:
“Knock-knock!”
“Who’s there?”
“Lego.”
“Lego who?”
“Lego sello!”
It makes absolutely no sense to me but the girls clearly find it hilarious. Seeing how much it makes them laugh does make me laugh even if I don’t get the punchline.
Sophie occasionally gets confused when it comes to growing up. She’s recently gained a new wardrobe thanks to Jessica’s hand-me-downs which leads to comments like these:
“When Jessica is a big girl like me, she used to wear this dressing gown!”
“When Jessica grows little, she can have my clothes!”

My girls are also confused about growing up, and we often get a lot of “When I’m a baby, do…” this and that 🙂 We also get a lot of nonsensical “knock knock” jokes here!! I’ve just linked my latest family update. For some reason, the commenting thing doesn’t work on it so don’t worry about it 🙂
