#365daysofgratitude – Week 43

#365daysofgratitude is my challenge for 2017 to share one photo a day on Instagram of something I am grateful for. I took part in a similar challenge last year and loved it so am looking forward to continuing with it this year. Here are the things that I’ve been grateful for over the past week:

Day 295 – I am grateful for a lovely afternoon spending time as a family. Today was a little bittersweet though – it was our last chance to have a family day out before Jessica goes in to have her surgery next month. So thankful for happy family moments like this one and I pray that there will be many more of them to come.

Day 296 – I am grateful for fab charities that help make a hospital stay a little bit easier and more pleasant. We received these beautiful wrap pyjamas and hospital gown in the post today from Pyjama Fairies – perfect for Jessica’s “sleepover” in a couple of weeks’ time.

Day 297 – I am grateful for jigsaws. Love how my girls worked together to do a new big one today. Sibling moments like this are so precious.

Day 298 – I am grateful for getting outside on a sunny October day and enjoying looking for pumpkins on a Halloween trail.

Day 299 – I am grateful for home-made gingerbread biscuits.

Day 300 – I am grateful that this little lady had “the best birthday ever” Still can’t quite believe she’s four though!

Day 301 – I am grateful for a lovely day catching up with my wonderful family.
