My Sunday Photo 21/08/16 – LEJOG

On Monday morning we got on a train and headed to Land’s End for the start of our challenge to travel the length of the country by train and bus.  Two days, 17 hours and 54 minutes after leaving Land’s End, we reached John O’Groats.  By Friday morning, we were back home again.  It’s certainly been quite an adventure. I’ve been so proud of my two girls and how well they coped with all the travelling.

    1. Thank you – we had a couple of lazy days when we got home which were much needed! 🙂

  1. I can only assume that Land’s End and John O’Groats are at opposite ends of the country. I would enjoy the train trips and I’m glad the kids had a good time, too.

    1. Thank you Sarah – it was quite an adventure, hopefully the girls will remember some of it when they are older! 🙂

  2. Oh WOW! That is amazing Louise, well done to you all. This sounds like a brilliant adventure and I bet you made some fabulous memories. I can’t believe you managed it in such a short length of time. A great picture too xx

    1. Thank you. Definitely one to go on the wall – think I will probably do a collage of photos from the trip 🙂
