#365daysofgratitude 2018 – Week 7

For the last two years, I have taken part in a daily gratitude challenge – sharing one photo a day on Instagram of something I am grateful for. It’s taught me to look for the little things and has made me a more positive person. Even on the difficult days, I have managed to find something that I can be thankful for. It’s now become such a positive part of my life that I’ve decided to keep going for a third year. To find something in every day that I am thankful for, no matter how small. These weekly summaries have become a lovely way of looking back across the week, and a reminder that I have so much to be thankful for. These are the things that I have been thankful this week:

Day 42 – I am grateful for another date night with my hubby – taking advantage of having my mum here to have two date nights in a row and making the most of getting time with hubby as he’s away working next week.

Day 43 – I am grateful for getting to spend time with my mum.

Day 44 – I am grateful for an excuse to make pancakes. For some reason I rarely make them any other time of year.

Day 45 – I am grateful for getting out for a lovely walk with my mum and my girls.

Day 46 – I am grateful that my girls had such a wonderful time with Nanny over the last few days. We will miss her now she is back home again.

Day 47 – I am grateful for getting to hear Peanut’s heartbeat at my midwife appointment today.

Day 48 – I am grateful for craft materials and time to get creative with the girls.
