We’ve been spending a few days away travelling around and enjoying some adventures as a family, visiting gold postboxes and having a trip to CBeebies Land. One of the gold postboxes we ticked off our list was in Lincoln, just outside the cathedral and so we also visited the cathedral too. It’s been on my list of places to visit for some time, mostly due to my interest in medieval history as I knew that Katherine Swynford’s and Eleanor of Castile’s tombs are both in Lincoln Cathedral. The cathedral itself is beautiful and I thought I would share a couple of my photos of it for this week’s black and white photography project.
